These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BriefMe ("Service"), operated by Polsia Inc. By using BriefMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BriefMe is an AI-powered interview preparation tool. You provide a job posting URL and optionally your resume; we generate a personalized interview intelligence report. Reports are for personal use only — to help you prepare for job interviews.
You agree to use BriefMe only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Reports are delivered after successful payment via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical error that prevented report delivery, contact us within 7 days at briefme-2@polsia.app and we will investigate.
Current pricing: $12.50 per report. Prices may change; any changes will be reflected on the pricing page before you commit to payment.
BriefMe generates reports using AI analysis of publicly available job data and your submitted resume. Reports are for informational and preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee:
Use your judgment. Reports are a tool, not a guarantee.
Reports generated for you are for your personal use. You retain ownership of the resume content you submit. BriefMe retains ownership of the Service, the AI models, and the report generation engine. You may not redistribute reports for commercial purposes without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Service uses third-party providers including Stripe (payments) and AI APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BriefMe and Polsia Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email if you have provided one.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
